The hotel is very close to termini so you can walk if you take the train. Easy to get to metro stops and bus stops. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend better pillows. The ones in our room were very flat but the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again. Close to lots of restaurants.

The location of the hotel was great. It was 5 minutes away from Roma Termini by walking. There are nearby restaurants as well. The staff was super friendly and were helpful with questions we had, The breakfast options were really good too. The room was clean and spacious.

The AC wasn’t working properly, when we came, there was a bottle of water opened in the fridge. They do not restock shampoo when they come to clean the room. You can hear all the noises from your neighbours. The bed was comfortable. The ice machine was broken.

Hotel reception staff excellent, but rooms terrible old walls dirty, needs a lots of remodel. For money customer pays not worth it at, only because of the room conditions. Town where the hotel is, it’s beautiful close to really nice restaurants, shops….., clean safe.

The room was clean and large, as were the bathrooms. The service was good and this was a great walkable location for transportation, as well as main city sites. Would stay here again.

So wanted to give the Augusta 5 stars but can’t. Shower was let’s say cozy toilet seat broke and in a uncomfortable position. The mini fridge didn’t work and good luck getting a coffee or drink at the bar know one never there. The Hotel staff were helpful. The rooms are small but for all it’s faults it had air conditioning which was a life saver the time we was there hot and cold water and comfy bed. For the time we spent in the hotel it served its purpose and for a reasonable price.

The property is close to termini station and about 20 minutes walk to coliseum. We are family of 3 The room we stayed on seconds floor was okey. There’s queen size bed and a sofa bed for the 3rd person. Sofa bed is not so comfortable. It would be nice if they offer a real single bed instead of sofa bed. The room has mini fridge, instant coffee and tea with boiling water. The staff was friendly. We had a problem with the plumbing issue which it flooded our room. It was so inconvenient and no apologies. So for this reason I can’t give them a 5 star ratings.

Overall a great stay with a comfortable bed. It’s also convenient - 5 minute walk from the Roma Termini station and a decent walk to other sites.
