Th hotel located in the heart of the city, 3 minutes from the metro station and termini station. exemplary cleanliness. The only issue was the internet.In the room there was no wife.

Small hotel with a variety of rooms. Very clean, friendly staff. Most importantly, the hotel is just 5-10 min walk from Termini and 2 min from the subway entrance. A very convenient stay it access to transportation is your goal.

Great location, lovely staff, terrible room
I'll start with what is good about this hotel: location, staff, cleanliness. The hotel Staff could not be nicer- so helpful and friendly and really lovely. The hotel is very clean and smells lovely at all hours. My room was cleaned very well, and the amenities in the room (towels, shampoo etc) were lovely. Sadly, the accommodation itself was not in line with this positive vibe. I was travelling solo, and was given a single room. The room is tiny, as is the bed. Which in within itself is not a huge issue, but when you pay £150 per night, you'd expect something slightly bigger. The bed was not secured to the floor and kept slipping and sliding throughout the night. The mattress did the same (the bed's surface is very smooth and slippery) and made me feel very uncomfortable during the night The aircon is hidden behind the thick blind out curtains- so either you sleep with the curtains open, or you have air-con in the room. Lastly, the shower ran out of hot water every time I used it which was quite unpleasant- especially considering it is a 4* hotel.

This hotel was in a perfect spot for connecting to transportation! The metro, public busses, trains, and all of the hop on hop off tourism busses were within a short walking distance. Likewise shopping and eateries. The front desk staff were outstandingly helpful and kind. The breakfast they offered each morning were terrific. The bed and linens were very comfortable! The only negatives I have are 1- the noise outside during early morning hours. We had 2 windows in our room and the noise woke us up both nights we stayed. (2) Also, sometimes when we showered, the hot water temperature was inconsistent- sometimes it was great and sometimes not.
