After our flight was delayed, we tried contacting the hotel to let them know so the taxi would be rescheduled. They say they never got the email. If this is true, I was still disappointed as she was very rude in her replies to the email. We asked for a new taxi to be organised, however, we got to rome at midnight and there was no taxi, we had to find our own way in the night. We still got charged for the first taxi. When we got there, we only got into the place by chance because our neighbours' arrived at the same time and stayed with us until we contacted her and got in, again she was extremely rude.
The breakfast was the worst thing. We had to go to reception and use the kettle to get tea, orange juice and a basket with bread to then take back to the room.
