We stayed at this property 5 years ago. It gives you the feeling of being at a retreat far from city. We love to walk, and walk we did. From the minute you arrive, you get the feeling of being welcomed from all the staff. The upgrades to the hotel were done with great taste. We do need to point out the wonderful restaurant that we have now visited twice in 5 years. To walk in and be greeted by the same staff from 5 years ago was a wonderful experience. We are rooting for them to finally receive their well deserved Michelin star. Thank you to Daniele, Antonio, and newbie Jacopo for their unparalleled service. We will be back.

Great hotel with dining options including a fabulous breakfast buffet with lots of choice and Dining options available for lunch, dinner and cocktail hour. The staff can’t do enough for you. The old church is fully restored and worth a look. Will stay again if in Rome. Nov 2024

Location is not the best and there some tricky information that Hotel doesn’t explain until it has been reserved. They have a secondary building so far from principal and entrance is located in a very dark and dirty street not the main entrance of the hotel, their excuse is to avoid stairs to carry on hand luggage. Due my status I was elegible for an update that they didn’t offer instead I receive at the beginning a tiny room without enough space to open my two luggage at the same time, really frustrating. Not recommended , price is really too high against you receive.

This was our second trip staying in Trastevere. This hotel is incredible. It is very special, pristine, rooms do have two stairs up to bathroom, which could be dangerous if you have mobility issues. We did not eat breakfast here but it looked delicious. Lunch/dinner menu was delicious. Walkability can’t be beat. The sound of the church bells, picturesque rooftop, immaculate garden…..we will return! Also very friendly and attentive front desk and housekeeping staff. Grazie mille!

In general, this is a Beautiful property, but that isn't enough to make up for the uncomfortable room we had. It was extremely small and boxy almost claustrophobic. You couldn't open a suitcase without blocking the tiny foyer. Bathroom was also miniature size and awkward to maneuver. This was a very uneasy staying, even though we loved the grounds, rooftop and breakfast. Location was great, very walkable, close to bars and restaurants in Trastevere.

Oasis in Trastevere
Beautiful property tucked away in Trestevere. Walkable to everything including Restaurants, Bars, local market for water, wine, pharmacy etc. Yet far away from party Central to give you a peaceful & serene respite. The property itself is gorgeous, definitely had White Lotus vibes. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with first class service in Trastevere. Fabulous breakfast room, breathtakingly beautiful decor,with a rich history and their own private chapel, with Mass daily. Only negative, even though their is a very lively restaurant scene in Trastevere, it is difficult to go across the river to the main tourist attractions in Rome. Due to the traffic control zones, a cab is 20 Euro everytime. All in all, I recommend it highly

Beautiful hotel. A few minutes walk to trastevre area. 30 minutes from airport. Less than $20 to the train station but $55 to airport. Beware of some taxi drivers in the city. Only use ones that use the meter to charge to get round town. We walked almost everywhere. Walked about 9-10 miles a day.

Beautiful place to stay in Rome. Very quiet but still close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The garden is a great place for breakfast and the restaurant for dinner is awesome. I will be back.
