Property looks old and thinks not working. Front desk very understaffed, despite staff sitting in office and not concerned we waited 15mins to check in after a long day travelling. Very average experience.

Not really a shuttle bus. Not equipped to secure luggage intransit. Shuttle passes right by terminal 1 but does not have a stop there.

Clean and comfortable stay with convenient shuttle to the airport. Dinner and Breakfast were both good. Prices are a little high but convenience is worth it given the location to the airport. Previous reviews comment on older condition but our room had updated laminate flooring, comfortable bed and was very clean. Front desk and restaurant staff were very kind and helpful. Also helpful hint, the shuttle picks up and drops off 24/7 about every 15 minutes from Terminal 3, Door 3 in the median area.

So disappointing
This hotel appears to be falling apart (carpet coming up in hallways, for example). At still “decent” but appear a bit worn (bathroom needed spiffing up. The restaurant and lobby area were great, but that is the only part of the hotel I’d give high marks. I used to love staying here, but I will look elsewhere unless Hilton gives this property some badly needed attention.
