The location was perfect - walkable to everything we wanted to see, and just a block or two away from the beautiful Borghese Park. Vincent, our very-own Stanley Tucci/Héctor Elizondo style hotel manager was the very essence of old-world hospitality, catering to our every request. When we visit Europe, we expect historical charm, not bright lights and chrome. La Residenza was perfect, and we will certainly make this our hotel of choice next time.

From the second we arrived, the hospitality was fantastico!!!! The service and room accommodations were lovely. Their breakfast buffet was lovely, with fresh fruits, eggs, pastries, and delicatessen. The coffee-splendid. We cannot wait to return.

We will stay here again on our next trip to Roma. The staff at the hotel were all fantastic! They made our stay so much more enjoyable by making sure we knew how to get to major attractions, helpful tips on navigating the busy city, and making sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and clean. The included breakfast buffet was great and an excellent way to get ready for our busy days exploring the city. Highly recommend.

The check in process was great. Great front desk staff. Very helpful and professional. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was large and had a large modern shower. Great location. The only issues I had were the loud AC and the key wasn't electronic so when you left the hotel you had to leave your room key with the front desk and pick up the key when you returned. The front desk is 24 hours but still not very convenient.

The room was very nice and clean. Amenities were plentiful and housekeeping came daily. The restaurant at the hotel was great along with the bar. Breakfast was quiet and very nice and kept stocked, organized and clean. Only issue we had was the condensation from the A/C dripped on the wood floor in front of the door so a slip happened but no fall. It was very hot and humid when we were there. Definitely would stay here again.

I would not stay at this property again. First, you have to leave your hotel key at the front desk every time you leave the hotel, and request it upon arrival, which was an imposition and did not feel safe. In terms of rest, getting sleep was difficult since the room provided to us was on top of a service entrance, it was noisy up to late at night and very early in the morning, with deliveries and waste management. In terms of cleanness, the top part of the walls in our bathroom were covered with mold and required cleaning and maintenance.
