The front desk is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Got to check in early because room was ready. :). The concierge was outstanding, special request were honored and his knowledge of Roma was vast; from things to do and see, and great restaurants. (He is the Stanley Tucci look a like!) Room was vey large, sleeps four very comfortably and has a very large partially enclosed balcony overlooking Via Emilia. Nice breakfast to start the day. Area was much cleaner since they opened the W Hotel next door. Easy walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Parthenon and other attractions. Restaurants in neighborhood are plentiful and good. Have a drink with a beautiful view at Hotel Eden just around the corner. I recommend taking there car service back to the airport, Isabella gave us a quick tour of central Rome and it’s surroundings on the way. We will be back!

This is an amazing hotel. All the workers are kind and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast in the hotel was very but very good. I’ll recommend this hotel without hesitation

Vincent at the front desk is amazing. Beautiful hotel, great rooms and terraces, easy walking access to many sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were probably 26 of us and everyone was happy with this place!

The hotel is outdated but had its own charm. The front desk staff was less than friendly, at times the interaction was borderline uncomfortable and rude. At first I suspected culture differences but the cleaning and restaurant staff were extremely nice. So was everyone at other parts of town. There are so many other hotels, I wish I would’ve picked a different one.

The location was perfect - walkable to everything we wanted to see, and just a block or two away from the beautiful Borghese Park. Vincent, our very-own Stanley Tucci/Héctor Elizondo style hotel manager was the very essence of old-world hospitality, catering to our every request. When we visit Europe, we expect historical charm, not bright lights and chrome. La Residenza was perfect, and we will certainly make this our hotel of choice next time.
