I like the hotel because of its proximity to places like the Vatican, shops, restaurants, and the Metro. What I did not like was the air conditioner did not turn on properly.

Friendly staff and a great breakfast with a good location. Had difficulty with the heat pump when we arrived and onky got it working on low setting so room was still quite hot! staff provided us with a fan luckily for our entire stay

Great property. Bathroom is very tight and small but for two days it was ok. AC was good in the room and property has an elevator. Breakfast was great and staff was nice. Room is a little small. You can walk to Rome City in about 20-25 min.

Nice Hotel, very close to the Vatican and centrally located. Easy access to restaurants and many eateries. The Hotel is well run by the staff and management who are so helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay at Hotel Prati, the staff were friendly and helpful. It is perfectly situated for the Vatican and is an easy bus ride away from the city.

This property is in an older building and has unique stairways and hallways. This makes the property quite quaint. The location is fantastic! Everything was a walkable distance for daily sight seeing on one side of the river. The staff is wonderful and can't do enough for you and the breakfast is excellent. Only a couple of things I would have preferred, I wish the toilet seats sat straight on the toilets and didn't slide to the side when adjusted. Several of us guests shared that issue with each other. I also wish we could have kept the power on to the room to charge tech over time, so we didn't have to sit and wait for things to charge.
