The property location is great if you want to get away from busy Rome. Being based on the mouth of the Tiber River it was great to walk around the marina. We thought there was a beach, but no. We greatly enjoyed the environment, the hotel was a little tired in its condition. It must have been lovely when new.

Chceck in staff nasty. Ordered 2 superior rooms, double bed and pull out for each. Only had 1 available. Went in and it reeked of smoke and said had no others available. Gave us lesser level rooms with no price adjustment. Complained re a/c. They did nothing. Had to complain several times. Eventually they adjusted it to a tolerable level. My room was dirty. There were bugs on the bed, hair and small papers on the floor. My grandson washed his face and there was a very long black hair that went in his mouth from the towel. Overal DISGUSTING, OLD, DISREPAIR, NASTY and DIRTY. Thank goodness it was just an overnite stay.

This was the last night that we had in Italy, I was told that I needed to 'rent' towels and use swim caps. No one at the pool did this. I paid for a towel and cap that I did not use. The door to the patio was difficult to figure out. The prices at the restaurant were overpriced compared to the area. The view from the pool was stunning.And the hotel was very clean.

I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, markets and a souvenir shop. It had a nice restaurant inside with the best cheeseburger ive ever had in my life and a gorgeous rooftop look of the area. The people at the front desk were very nice as well and i loved the room. Some family members had balconies in their rooms which wrre really nice. I didnt really like how you had to pay to use their pool though(€3 for a swim cap and €3 for a towel and both were mandatory).

Hotel was extremely clean. Nice welcome gift. Beautiful views from roof top pool and lounge. Restaurant was good. Surrounding area had street vendors, etc but could not hear anything inside hotel. Sound proofing excellent.

We loved almost everything about this hotel: very clean, very comfortable, very walkable- lots of cafes and restaurants within a short distance, restaurant on sight. The shuttle to the airport was a great convenience…However, here’s what we don’t liked: 1. shuttle schedule from Fiumicino airport to the hotel - it wasn’t frequent enough. When you miss one shuttle due to delays at the airport you either have to wait a while for the next one or take a taxi and pay the minimum fare of €35 (ridiculous for such a short distance from the airport!). To add insult to injury - the taxi drivers are extremely rude, especially having to travel such a short distance. 2. For weary travelers who just want to rest it is quite bothersome to have music blasting from the nearby bars, clubs and restaurants. A better noise insulation and perhaps complimentary ear plugs would’ve been nice…

What a little gem of a hotel, accommodation very comfortable and clean, the restaurant was fabulous. If I had to be picky I’d say the balcony could do with another lick of paint, but being on the seafront, I suspect the sea breeze creates a never ending task of repainting it. Close to the airport without the annoying sounds of planes overhead

Glad we chose this hotel for our overnight stay while waiting for or connecting flight back to Canada. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Also a very good restaurant right in the hotel. My wife & I highly recommend this hotel
