Location was good, just few steps off of a major street, with lots of shopping and access to public transportation.
Many attractions were actually within walking distance.
What was not so good was the check-out, which really left me with a sour taste.
The staff i spoke with just wouldn’t get an invoice printed for me, pretending that i did not pay the city fee to him and there is no trace other than a “pagato” note on my check-in paper, where the staff who took the money few days back wrote it — well, at least it was that much!
Will see if they double charge me, but i’ve never had an experience like this in many years of traveling.
We kept arguing for 15 mins, and i left to catch my flight with no invoice.
He kept asking me how the person who took my money looked like (there were actually 2 people present at that time), when was that, etc. When i told him to call that person, he said it’s too early, then he doesn’t know who that person is, etc.
I told him it was the same person who checked me in a week ago.
That was of no help, we just went in circles over and over again, same questions, same checking of records on a notebook, etc.
Very, very disappointing, i really did not expect this.
