It was very difficult to find the hotel. There were no signs at all. Once inside the multi-hotel building, there were no signs to check-in.
There was no response to 2 requests for early check in and an accessible room. When we got there, these requests were not accommodated. When we tried to use the posted phone number to contact hotel staff during our stay, there was no response.
The staff was poorly trained and disorganized. There was no hot water for our entire stay.
Entrance was hard to find, since the hotel was basically one floor of a larger building. But I called and they immediately buzzed me in. Hotel was nice and clean, and reception staff was friendly. The breakfast included was also great. Its central location was awesome, I would recommend it!
We really liked this place and the staff were super responsive to some minor matters. My only complaint is that the noise from outside is very loud late into the night and I'm a light sleeper. I would definitely stay here again.
The name Corso Suite and photos are misleading. A suite always has a sitting area. The photos don't show that it is so small. The place was cramped. Moreover in the heat of Italy the air conditioners were not working on both days. The repair man did not come on the second to repair. Leaving the windows open meant allowing mosquitos to come which was irritating. However, the staff was good
Serving breakfast at room isn't optional. It is mandatory. Definitely you don't have options like other serving breakfast as a buffet.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Girls were absolutely amazing and super friendly, location is great as well, within walking distances from all important places and lots of places to eat and drink. Place itself is not great, is not a hotel bit rather just a room with very basic amenities. Hate to say but would but would not stay there again, for the price we could’ve stayed at an actal hotel.
great location, quiet room, friendly helpful staff, clean and well cared for.
Only negative was the shower head was leaking and fixtures were showing some age but overall we were very pleased.
Nice room, super clean with plenty of space and a surprise terrace. Staff always very helpful and provided lots of choices for breakfast, local advice, arranged airport transportation, and kept us informed. The location was fantastic! Room was quiet and very safe. We would happily stay there again. Great price too! Only suggestion would be that they send their pre-stay email sooner because this was at the end of our trip and we were offline until we arrived.
We didnt get to stay at the Il Corso Suite as there was a problem with our room so we were moved to another of their hotels, Imperial Relais Suite which was wonderful! If the other hotel was like the Imperial Relais Suite - you wont have a bad time!
We recently enjoyed a one night's stay and were so pleased with it, we re-booked it for a second night for later on in our Italy trip. The accommodation is clean, modern and in a great location in central Roma. Walking distance to everything so very convenient to explore the local area. We will definitely return!
It was a great decision to book this B&B, we stayed for 5 nights on June 2015. The room was modern and clean. The staff was attentive and accomodating. The location was perfect for us, we were able to walk everywhere. If I go back to Rome I would definitely stay here again.
The location of the hotel was excellent. Easy walk to the Vatican City, Pizza Navona, Forum and everything central. The hotel has charm and feels more as a residence.
I found the staff very helpful and accommodating.
They don't have an actual lobby area and we had to wait 2 hours for them to find someone to get us a room. This is not a hotel but a badly mismanaged group of rooms and apartments. We had to drag our luggage back and forth across town (5-10 min each way in the rain) while we went one place to pay and one place to get entrance to our apartment. The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. But we had limited time in Rome and lost our 1st afternoon of exploring due to their lack of a check in process.
Phenomenal stay. Staff were AMAZING went the extra mile in every way. Only improvement would be the breakfast A++

Good location
The best thing about this hotel was the location. Very convenient walking distance to all major sites. The room was small, breakfast had to be taken in your room, sitting on the bed, and only after 8:00am. Staff was friendly, not much English though.
