Cleanliness of room/hotel was average, there was a bit of mold in the corner of shower and above toilet.
Quality of service: Check in was easy and seamless, very friendly and knowledgeable. Got lots of great info and tips for our first visit to Rome.
Hotel Amenities: There are no amenities. Don’t be fooled, what you see in the photos is what you get! This is essentially a bedroom, not a hotel room. Small, no mini fridge, coffee maker, safe, etc. They make it look very good in the photos but all furniture is very cheap and the mattress was terrible.
Comfort: Mattresses are never a problem as I can literally sleep anywhere but this matress was abysmal, very springy and not soft at all. There was no view, we looked into a dark, run down back alley full of junk. We didn’t expect to spend a lot of time on the room but we found ourselves avoiding spending any time in the room and we’re not excited to come back to it at the end of the day. Would not recommend for a stay of longer than 2-3 days.
Hotel location: Location was great! We mostly walked everywhere Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and even Coliseum! We took the bus once which was very easy too.
Overall, it depends what you’re looking for in a hotel, if you’re just looking for a place to crash in a great location this could work for you. We were just underwhelmed and disappointed as it wasn’t quite what we expected. Travelling from Canada on our honeymoon, stayed in room number 7 for 2 nights.
