Beautiful hotel and spa - wonderful if you have a day or so to enjoy or between flights. Really loved grounds & excellent dinner. Only suggestion would be to improve breakfast offerings - perhaps sliced fruit, prosciutto & fresher bread? The lady that served us was lovely and the room & its views wonderful! Hope we can come back when we have more time to enjoy!

This hotel was lovely to stay out due to its location being close to the main airport. There are dining options onsite which had great food! It is not walkable to other areas of tourism, but there is easy transportation available in order to get to the center of the city.

Lovely property! The pool area is beautiful. Even though we are minutes to the airport you wouldn’t know it. Our room is comfortable and very well appointed. Very peaceful. The beautiful Natascia has been extremely helpful getting us whatever we need. Catalina and Paolo at the pool bar are a pleasure.

This property is nowhere near anything walkable, no restaurants or shops. We had to taxi to Ostia. The grounds could be really nice but used towels, and drink glasses sit out all day long before being cleaned up, it was frustrating. There 2-3 workers at the beach bar but no one comes to ask for a drink order or clean up towels and glasses. Also, the restaurant upstairs at hotel is mediocre at best. No balsamic in Italy? Brough Sherry instead and served chewy buffalo mozzarella in the caprese salad- super disappointed! And I booked our room in Dec 2023 for a stay in August 2024 and they put me in the "worst room" on the property with no balcony or view (only one!) even after I told them it was our 10th anniversary. The restaurant Ginas downstairs (not related to the hotel) was excellent!! If we knew all of the above we would not have booked this hotel. With better management for the grounds, outside bar and restaurant this could be an amazing hotel! Close to airport, but the location is a bit sketchy.

Beautiful resort/hotel. Friendly, accommodating staff. Overall very comfortable except for: Had to climb winding staircase with luggage. No hot water in shower. Bathroom outlet did not work for hairdryer. Used outlet by bed. Process of turning on TV was not successful.

This was the perfect option for us to be near the airport but not in the airport hustle the night before our departure. We needed to drop a car and did not want to pay parking charges at airport hotels. It was wonderful to arrive here and enjoy the swimming pool and chill vibe before beginning the long flight home. Beautiful balcony and nice on property restaurants to choose from.

The outdoor area/pool is amazing and beautiful. Our room was clean and extremely nice, fantastic balcony. Spiral staircase to the second floor room, so keep that in mind - for anyone with mobility issues request a first floor room.
