Beautiful place with some minor issues
Beautiful resort/hotel. Friendly, accommodating staff. Overall very comfortable except for: Had to climb winding staircase with luggage. No hot water in shower. Bathroom outlet did not work for hairdryer. Used outlet by bed. Process of turning on TV was not successful.

This was the perfect option for us to be near the airport but not in the airport hustle the night before our departure. We needed to drop a car and did not want to pay parking charges at airport hotels. It was wonderful to arrive here and enjoy the swimming pool and chill vibe before beginning the long flight home. Beautiful balcony and nice on property restaurants to choose from.

The outdoor area/pool is amazing and beautiful. Our room was clean and extremely nice, fantastic balcony. Spiral staircase to the second floor room, so keep that in mind - for anyone with mobility issues request a first floor room.

Excellent stay to the end of my trip! Pool was maxing and close to airport. it was nice to be able to use the sauna layout in the sun, swim relax and have a nice meal before my trip to the US. I will plan on staying here every time I fly out of Rome this place is a hidden gem.

An absolute hidden gem just 8 minutes from the airport. After a few days in Rome city center sight-seeing, this was a beautiful and appreciated retreat. The rooms are large with attention paid to every detail. Attached to a quiet yacht club, there is not much nearby but the resort has everything you need including a fantastic restaurant. We wish we had booked a few extra days to enjoy it all.

Fantastic!!!
We chose Porto Romano for a post-arrival overnight near the airport, and we found the property and staff to be absolutely top notch. You would never know that you are so close to a major airport; the rooms are lovely & cool & soundproof, the pool is immaculate, and the staff were friendly & helpful. I woke up very jet lagged at an early hour and was graciously offered an espresso by the overnight desk clerk, and it will stand as the best coffee in Italy for me because it was so well needed and unexpected.
