This place is not a hotel like in USA. First, this place is located near the bus terminal, but it is very dirty and unsafe. There were bottles broken, people smoking, arguing. This property is gated, and once they see you through the camera, and asked you questions then they allowed you to get in. The receptionist was very welcoming and she speaks English. I was charged another $50 for city taxes. I wasn't aware of that.
The studio for four was old. It looks like the pictures but it is totally outdated. The kitchen utensils were old and some plates were chipped. They don't clean the room until you leave. If you need something after 6:00 p.m. nobody is there. The reception is closed with a metal curtain. That scared me. You get a code to get in and out of the building. The only good thing was the convenience of the Roma Termini. From there you can take the subway, the bus, or the train to go anywhere in Italy.
I won't recommend this place. Look somewhere else nearby, but not this place!
