The location is very good, as it's just steps from the train station. But the cleanliness is terrible, and the amenities are old.

Avoid if booking as a family

Parking is stated however upon arrival we were told that it needed to be pre-booked. The area is also quite unsavoury at night (past 9pm).

Terrible property. AC was not working and house keeping lady is rude. No hot water and bathroom was stinking like urinal. Also area is not that great. Lot of drunk and people on drugs on the street which makes not a family friendly place.

Horrible stay

The staff was not responsive at all. The AC was not working and when we contacted the staff they didnt send anyone to fix it or anything. The sheets had stains and we found bugs on the bed. The bathroom smelled really bad there was mold everyehere and things were broken.

Very friendly staff with an easy check in. A stronger air conditioning unit and English TV channels would be nice. Liked the full fridge/freezer/stove with all pots/pans/plates and utensils made it feel like a home stay also.

Very dirty, toilet smelled of sewage, furniture was broken down Ikea furniture, a/c was just a fan unit with nasty mold growing inside and water dripping on floor, reception hours are so short that I never saw them, watch out not to hit your head on arches or bathroom door.

Ok, not more. Friendly staff though!

Good place to sleep after a full day of walking in Rome, but don't expect something fancy. Small walk for breakfast in the morning - not a lot of choices. Old AC units. Small bathrooms... No screens on the windows for bugs. Wifi not so good in the rooms due to the stone walls. Complicated with their door code systems. No 24/7 front desk. Nice little terrasse outside.

Room was fine. Pullout sofa was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. A/C units struggled with summer heat and just couldn't bring the temperature down to a comfortable level.
