I will start with the pros, the staff is extremely nice, there were lots of clean towels and the room was clean. The negatives, if we didn't have the hotel book a driver to pick us up from the airport we would never have found the place. It is a residential door and has an itty bitty sign about 7 feet up and 8" x 8" with small writing that is on the block of the door jam. Once getting there, you have to walk up 5 flights of stairs to get to the lobby desk. Unless you pack really really light, this is nearly impossible. There are benches at 2 stops that you can sit and rest though. Then after checking in it was up another narrow hall of stairs and into our 2 story room. I know what your thinking, a 2 story room, that must've been nice but nope, the bathroom is on the 2nd floor, so more stairs. My poor kids had to sleep downstairs and every time they had to use the bathroom, walk upstairs. During the night this is challenging, my daughter almost missed a step in the dark and it would've been a long way down. Also make sure if there are a few of you that you turn off the water in the shower between soaping up and rinsing off or you will use all the hot water and end up with ice water to shower with like my husband did. Also make sure that when you turn on the shower head to hold it or you will flood that bathroom like again my husband did and my daughter did. Overall, it was a great location but not worth all those steps without an elevator.
