Very clean
Very clean and beautiful hotel. It is in a great spot everything is less than 2 miles from hotel except Vatican City ( about 15 min taxi ride). Places to eat every half block . Room size was perfect for 2 people. Private bathroom and balcony. Spring for the breakfast it is well worth it. Restaurant on the room top is also amazing and beautiful. It has a SPA ( I did not actually use it) Excellent experience and room for the price. It was a great deal!

Amazing stay at this hotel! I was impressed with the space and location particularly! Wish the showers had a better proportional share between hot and cold water but apart from that the overall experience was amazing! I would highly recommend people travelling to Rome for the first time to stay here as it's such a convenient location and very walkable to most attractions.

This was an amazing property, amazing large rooms, really good for families too. The hotel staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location,walkable to all the main attractions. Amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

THIEVES AT THIS HOTEL - Don't stay here.
Do not stay at The Hive! Our family arrived early to check in at The Hive. Our luggage was taken into luggage storage as our room was not available yet. Upon our return and retrieval of our luggage, we quickly learned that two iPads were STOLEN from one of our bags that had been stored. Upon confronting management, we were told that they had video of the area and would check it. We filed a police report and the next day we met the Front Office Manager who reviewed the video and confirmed that the iPads were taken from our backpack. He assured us that we would be covered through hotel insurance as we had video and a police report. We departed the next day with some level of comfort. It has now been 4 weeks, and despite several attempts to contact the hotel we have received no response and are left to assume that this matter is no longer of concern to them. Terrible experience.

Everything was perfect i had a good time, i was there one week ,but hot tub is not free and breakfast thay can do better i don’t like breakfast that much,but it’s better than outside you have more choice in hotel and i think is cheaper than outside. Thanks hive

Decent hotel. Not very close to any attractions but not too far either. If you don’t spend much time in the room and don’t mind that the rooms are small, this hotel will be fine for you. Our biggest complaint was the shower. The temperature of the water was either freezing cold or scorching hot; nothing in between.

Beautiful hotel, all new looking and lovely facilities. One receptionist was super helpful in guiding us all around Rome, the other less so telling us the local shop was closed when it wasn’t. Not sure why they have a bellboy when he just stood there watching a family struggle with their bags rather than assisting us! All in all I’d recommend this hotel as it was conveniently located and the rooms are nice, modern and clean.

The shower in our room was faulty. It went from extremely cold to extremely hot. It would be extremely dangerous for a child. Thiscwas reported within an hour of arrival and again about 6 hours later. We were told that they didn't have any spare rooms or anyone to fix the problem. It was fixed the following day but it was a poor service having to chase and not pleasant after being in the 40 degree heat
