We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Many nice restaurants around area. It was safe as we walked many times in evening. Centrally located so we were able to walk to many of the ancient areas of the city. We would definitely stay again. The room had a comfortable bed with nice linens and AC was a bonus.

Building conditions are ok but a bit old. My room was clean which I appreciate, the curtains where not in the best shape since they had a few holes. Wifi was terrible which was a huge inconvenience for me. Be mindful about the location, since it is 10 minutes walking distance from Roma Termini, It’s very noisy area so bring earplugs to sleep, but in the positive I was able to walk for my next train and skipped the morning traffic.

The hotel is so clean, which is a big thing for me. Helpful friendly, and knowledgeable staff of reception. They were very helpful and one guy in particular so nice and he recommended places to eat which were really nice so I would say take them up on their recommendations.! The hotel is literally a five minute walk from the main terminal station which we got to from Rome airport by Train. I think from the airport to the station it was about €14. The trains run frequently and take about 20 minutes so it’s a very good option saves spending a lot of money on a taxi The area around the station, not particularly nice ,a lot of homelessness and immigrants which were a bit intimidating. I found because we got there when it was dark, but once we got to our hotel it was fine . I can’t recommend the hotel enough so lovely to go to a hotel where there’s no screaming children running around. Our room was big had a lovely bathroom very clean. The shower was amazing . The bathroom included very clean towels, a hairdryer and toiletries. . The room had two or three mirrors one full length, great lighting snd plenty of sockets. The room has very good lighting. Plenty of space to hang clothes and little drawers and things easy to use safe. Huge TV on the wall. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast is help yourself hot and cold buffet with everything you can think of ! Very good. Davide, made fabulous cocktails and is a lovely friendly guy and Mario in the restaurant is a lovely helpful guy too

We booked because they advertised a gym. Had to pay extra to go. Seriously? Also, no breakfast. Paid for breakfast one morning. Totally overpriced and awful. They told us we had 15 min to eat. Joy. Worst booking we made in Italy.
