We loved the location! Staff was really nice. We loved the French bakery Lumière that was just a block away! One electrical socket was loose and when I plugged in the converter, the light went off and my converter didn’t work and when I removed my converter, the plug came out and lights flickered back on. Converter wouldn’t work after that. Room was very clean and quiet.

Our one night stay here was good overall. The location was convenient, close to the subway and in a nice neighbourhood, and for the price it was alright. The bed was comfortable and the room was as expected. The windows and doors were very thin though, as you could hear almost everything happening in the hallway and on the busy street outside. The bathroom was not great. We kept tripping over the small step inside the bathroom, the sink faucet was at an awkward height so it was tough to wash your face or brush your teeth, and water splashed everywhere. The toilet had almost no leg room next to the shower, and the rain shower head was at an awkward angle. We also ran out of hot water after just one shower in the morning. Also, the renovations had many finishings that were clearly rushed & not finished properly, like fixtures falling out of the drywall, and tape that had never been removed on the ceiling. This worked out for us for a night, but we wouldn't want to be staying here for a prolonged period.

Great location to all the tourist sites. Our hosts Marco and James were very friendly and tended to all our requests and questions- they were delightful! The breakfast was good and the room clean & comfortable. We will be back again!

Friendly helpful staff. Great location with a bus stop to several buses at the front door of the hotel. We were also close to the SIT bus to get to the airport. Breakfast was made to order by James, the helpful assistant. About 10 minutes walking to the Vatican and 15-20 minutes walk from the historical quarter. It was nice to get back to our residential neighborhood after visiting crowded streets, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and felt very safe. We also used electric scooters and bikes on the well manicured bicycle lanes. Excellent stay!

Great affordable place to stay in Rome
Quick and easy check in. Great to have elevator access as suites are on the 3rd floor. Relatively central location - walked to all main tourist attractions within 35 min or less. Safe area with many shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Choice of breakfast items to order each morning.

The property was ideal. The bed was comfortable and room facilities great. The air con was superb and a must in 38 degree temperatures. The staff I cannot fault. They were very helpful, friendly and went that extra mile by giving us a surprise bottle of wine having found out it was our wedding anniversary I highly recommend the property and would use again.

Clean & comfortable!
James was very pleasant when checking in. Our room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary wine was a very nice touch. We enjoyed breakfast delivered to the room each morning too. Location is convenient for walking and the subway wasn’t far either. We would stay here again.
