OUR STAY WAS A NIGHTMARE VERY UPSETTING VERY DISSAPOINTING - WE LEFT HALF WAY THROUGH OUR STAY
"After driving for an hour and a half around bend after bend we arrived at what could only be discribed as a cold unwelcoming dingy house known as Villa Pratovecchio 488168 absolutely nothing like the promotion photo. It was Cold. Poorly Equipped. Dirty. Kitchen Cabinets Falling Apart. No Kettle or ..."
