A fabulous stay. From checking into the hotel, the front seat staff was hospitable, accommodating and helpful. The staff took time to discuss many questions and concerns only for us to lean that he shift was ending and she treated us as if we were the only people. He king in! The breakfast is fabulous … love the coffee bar and more!

We had a small tripple room which was not exactly like the photo but it was clean and quiet in the evening

Beautiful restaurant but the rinks could use updating The view to Etna was fabulous and the breakfast was extremely limited by Our standards but lots of sweets in keeping with the European way

Great restaurant on premises

The room itself was okay, if very bare, and there was no information about anything. Although there was a fridge for our use (and some bottled water provided) there was no kettle and no access to the kitchen until breakfast time the next day, so we couldn't make tea. We were admitted to the building when we arrived, but not welcomed. Reception desk was unstaffed, nobody around to greet us or give us any information. The building looked quite neglected. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Antonella and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We were very happy with our room and the cleanliness of the place. Breakfast was wonderful with many choices to eat and cappuccino every morning! Thank you very much for helping make our trip wonderful! Grazie!
