Rosemary Beach accommodation with spa

The carriage house was a fantastic retreat. All amenities were perfect. Loved the area and one of the best beaches. Will definitely be back!

From the moment of arrival, the staff was warm and welcoming. The restaurants had delicious food and drinks. Highly recommend and will be staying again!

5th year in a row vacationing in 30A for Fall Break. This was the best location we have had. So convenient to be able to walk back and forth to beach in a matter of minutes. House was great. Liked having the garage to park SUV in and access to beach chairs and cooler. Accomodations were very nice as well.

Loved our stay and this condo was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants!

Beautifully decorated, quiet street. Really lovely part of Rosemary. The condo was perfect. If we ever return to Rosemary we will definitely stay there. Just a warning though for people coming to the community... the police in Rosemary were very scary and we spent most of our trip watching them scream at children in the street and hunt them down in the allies at night from the balcony. It was a very stressful environment. I'm not sure if something has happened to make them like this but we never saw children acting bad or being loud. The behavior of the police did not match the environment. Our children were anxious the entire time and we were constantly worried we were going to break a rule we didn't know about in the community and get in trouble.
