Below expectations for a premium room.

The hotel was mostly great and has a fantastic location on the seafront near the pier. I stayed in one of their premium executive suites and it was mostly ok but definitely had a few condition issues. The carpet was very worn out and was coming away from the floor in some places. The carpet also had a large stain right in front of the couch. The work desk in the bedroom had basically zero wifi connectivity and was impossible to work from. Once i moved to the dining table in the living room, the wifi was usable and i was able to work. I would not pay the premium price to stay in that room again without some upgrades to the carpet and wifi signal.

Great experience, though the nightclub was loud!

A lovely stay in an excellent location in Brighton, close to everything required. Parking is a little expensive in Brighton so we parked at Buzz Bingo and walked down. Sadly the more expensive rooms on the water front are a little vulnerable to the loud nightclub below, so we didn't get much sleep on Sunday evening (bank holiday) but Monday night was fine. Be wary of this, as those rooms are more expensive and it is disruptive, though not the hotels fault. The staff were excellent.

Broken sink in the bathroom, you don't expect that if you're paying for an executive room. All around the fridge area it was so hot so either the fridge was faulty or the cupboard casing had no ventilation. The hot breakfast was poor scrambled eggs were not and the mushrooms were tinned and tasteless. Bread fruit and cereal was all ok. The room seemed clean and tidy. Staff were friendly enough.

We stayed in a family room with 2 king size beds. The room and bathroom was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent value for money with plenty of choice for us and the children. Excellent location close to all of the main attractions. Only negatives were our room was on the back of the hotel above the exit to the lanes and there was a lot of noise/coughing at night we suspect from rough sleepers. We would request a sea view room next time. Also the beds and pillows were a little hard for us but that’s just down to personal choice. Other than that we had a lovely stay.
