Don’t book if you want to sleep
We chanced our luck to check in abit early but we couldn’t get our room till 3pm, can’t be helped. We got to your room and my partner had paid for a surprise prosecco to the room, it wasn’t there! He complained and they refunded us and delivered the bottle late. The view from the room was lovely. But if you want a good nights sleep then don’t book here. The bed was like a camp bed and slightly moving or turning over it just creaked so so badly that we got no sleep :0(

It's a nice hotel, right on the seafront. The reception staff were lovely . The family room was pretty small but still perfect for us to have two double beds next to each other. The beds were super comfy and we had a great sleep. Nice that there is a pool & sauna to use during your stay.

An amazing stay.. thank you to Ella and Rocio for making the stay even better. You are both a jewel in the hotels crown! Dinner and Breakfast fantasic and the room was beautiful! All staff were fab… apart from an unhelpful Girl on reception in the evening, who dimmed the light slightly!

We had a great time. The rooms are clean if a little tired in terms of carpet and furniture. The pool was clean but a little small so felt a bit crowded. All staff were lovely and friendly although breakfast was a bit less well organised. However, it was delicious and there was lots of choice. The location is excellent.

There were issues with the first room they gave me, but the staff were extremely helpful to move me to a better room. They were helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. The location of the hotel is perfect.

The room we stayed in had stains on the carpets and dusty carpet. The carpet was off putting. The room number is 139, apart from that the rest of the room was reasonable
