On the plus side, every member of the staff that I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is also very close to the center of town. The internet was also pretty good. On the downside, I booked a triple room for 3 people. I have never been so claustrophobic in a hotel room. The room must have once been an attic. The elevator stopped on the 3rd floor and then you had to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor. Our room barely fit the two beds with about .5 meter between them. There was not enough space for our 3 carry on bags and we had to use the bathroom for storage. The walls were angled and the only outlet to the outside world was a small skylight. The shower was a hand shower and had no curtain. You had to hunch over so that you could stand against the angled wall and not get water all over the bathroom floor. The room could have been manageable for a single person, but not three.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Room very clean, but small (no closet). Beds were comfortable. Easy to walk to and from the hotel to all the major sights and restaurants.

Het hotel ligt net iets buiten het oude centrum, maar alles is prima te voet te bereiken. Het interieur van het hotel is modern en zo ook de faciliteiten. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer is netjes en van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Enige hele kleine minpuntje is dat de lift, maar tot de derde verdieping gaat. Maar dat is verwaarloosbaar.

Kleines feines Hotel
Das Hotel ist klein, aber sehr schön. Die Lage ist hervorragend, da es nur wenige Schritte bis zur Fussgängerzone und den wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, so dass man 2 Reisetaschen kaum unterbringen konnte bzw öffnen konnte. Aber das Zimmer war modern gestaltet und schön ruhig. Ein Kleiderschrank fehlte komplett und hätte auch nicht mehr ins Zimmer gepasst. Für eine Übernachtung ist das sicher nicht weiter schlimm, aber bei mehreren wird es dann schon schwierig.

Excellent hotel
Je viens dans cette hotel à chaque déplacement professionnel sur Rouen. J'aime le côté cocooning qu'offre cet hotel en plein centre de Rouen. les chambres sont confortables et bien agencées, la literie est parfaite et le fait de pouvoir gérer la température de sa chambre très agréable. Le service est toujours impeccable de la part du personnel d'accueil et les chambres d'une propreté parfaite.
