The hotel itself was clean the staff was friendly the room was amazing. however all the homeless and drug users around the property made it feel unsafe

I did not like that the photos are outdated and the hotel looked completely different on the out and inside. Was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel and the service. Would not recommend staying here. Pay the extra money to be in a safer and more well kept environment.

Rooms are very dirty . carpets are dirty. I stayed in La quinta in other cities but this was wrost. I forgot my AirPods and i called they said housekeeping will have it and i went to get back . They gave me someone else. When i asked they were not ready to answer also that lady told me take it easy it happens here.

Good location, bad service.
Great location, with restaurants nearby. Stayed 3 nights & our room never got cleaned even tho we had our sign out for service AND talked to the housekeeper to let her know our room was ready for service. Asked for towels, only got 1, then had to go to front desk 2nd & 3rd nights to reactivate key card to get into our room. Waited for 15 minutes at front desk for someone to show up so we could get pool towels, which they were out of. Room was good, but no ice bucket & vending machine out of order.

This place should not be in business. First thing pulling up, there was homeless people hanging out by the fence. The workers were outside smoking. Check in went on, the front desk gal said maybe 3 words to me. I found where my room was and pulled the vehicle over to the side door. The door is locked 24/7 it says. Fact is, it is t locked at all. Anyone at any time can walk in the side door. Upon first entering, the whole area smells like cigarettes and marijuana. The carpets are filthy and the walls are scuffed. Walking up the stairs, it looks the same. Upon entering the second floor hallway, first thing you see is scuffed doors, and a hole in the ceiling. The whole hallway is littered with torn wallpaper, scuff marks and terribly soiled carpet. It was appalling. Wires and duct tape were coming from the ceiling and slapped on the walls. Getting to our room, the door stuck. Almost like fresh paint and it wasn’t allowed to dry. For the most part the room was in decent shape. You can tell it was cleaned because it smelt like enough fabuloso to make you uneasy. The scary part was at night. After dinner, it appeared to be many addicts in the parking lot. Many coming from the other hotel. Half had pit bulls with them and weapons. One guy who followed my family in to the hotel had a billy club and a joint in his ear. one guy was tweaking. My biggest mistake this trip was not immediately leaving. As it was non refundable, we were stuck staying here. Never stay at Wyndham hotel again!

Cops were literally being called as I was checking in for a domestic incident!! During the Night people were trying to get in room & also bagging on door it’s a zombie town druggies are in & out of the hotel also around property!! You will be harassed when leaving the room for money or drugs!! The pictures posted are not as they seemed definitely wasnt a great stay!!

A pleasant place to stay
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The boy thing I was nervous about was its location next to another hotel which looked very sketchy and I saw a police car there every day of my 4 day stay. I also enjoyed the pool, but it’s in an enclosed building which makes it very hot in an already hot temperature day. Some fans or cooling system would have been nice. It also took a long time for the hot water in the bathroom to come in. The AC system was top notch, though.
