Good location, helpful and attentive staff. The property itself is very old, needs upgrades. Upstairs neighbors footsteps can be heard, noisy .

Hotel was in an good location to Downtown Salt Lake City amenities. Breakfast buffet was alright. However, it would be nice to have more gluten free options at breakfast. Room was a nice size but sofa/sleeper was broken and uncomfortable to sit on. We were not able to use the sofa as a sleeping place.

Everything was good except I got in the elevator on the first floor to try and go to the second and I took me to the 4th floor and it wouldn’t take me back down. The pool are closed at 11 and we tried to go for a quick sit in the hot tub at 10:45 and it wouldn’t let us in and we had to go get let in. Everything else was great!

Close to the Delta Center for a Bruins hockey game when they are in town. The arena is horrible for hockey games. You can't see the net from the ends of the rink.
