They couldn’t find my reservation even though I had a printed confirmation, then claimed they were full and didn’t offer any resolution. Sent me away. Manager wasn’t helpful at all. Avoid this hotel.

Great location. Property needs some refreshing. Room was very small and not comfortable to relax in. I had to step into the shower in order to close the door. It was difficult to unpack as there wasn’t space to put my things. I might recommend for a solo traveler but definitely not with a partner.

A really nice old building and there is a really good breakfast restaurant attached to it, that mainly locals dine at. There is a good brewery across the street.

The staff were all wonderful. And the location is great, walking distance to the convention center and several restaurants & shops. But the room was a bit small and awkwardly arranged. The bathroom was especially small; the sink wasn’t even in the bathroom. And there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room which was a big disappointment.

We stayed here twice (when we arrived in Salt Lake and when we were leaving) and thoroughly enjoyed both occasions. The rooms we stayed in were spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well equipped and stylish. Staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with every request. There is a well equipped gym and a bar and breakfast diner on site offering good food and locally brewed drinks. The hotel is in a good area, a few minutes walk from the UTA metro station, meaning easy access to the airport, and near to the City Creek Shopping Mall and in a walkable distance to a good selection of restaurants and bars. Overall an excellent hotel.

I didn’t expect Salt Lake City to be quite so run down. The Peery was ok, really small rooms, as in your bathroom impinges into your bedroom because the sink is outside of the bathroom in your bedroom! However the staff who checked us in Brittny, was outstanding. She made a solid recommendation for lunch and even more so for things to do while we were there the next day. She suggested going up to cottonwood to hike/drive because the leaves were changing. we would not have known to do that and it was an awesome choice.

This place was great and the staff was amazing. The only issue is the bathroom is incredibly small. When you sit on the toilet, you practically have the sink in your chest. Even with this, it was a great room and the staff was helpful.

When we arrived in the middle of the evening we found a dirty sink, pee on the bottom of the toilet and had no hot water. The front desk staff did what the could, and the cleaners scrubbed the bathroom the next morning but it was gross and frustrating. It was nice that Brittany gave us breakfast vouchers, and the historic hotel was neat but my view was tainted by our first night.
