Was blindsided by the $100 deposit that wasn’t listed, and apparently parking cost. We picked this location by price, distance we were walking for an event and the fact it was the only one of few with parking onsite. Those were not disclosed. On top of that our room smelled strong of a car tire like scent, possibly bug spray. Not the best experience. The staff on the other hand were very nice, polite and present. No issues Oh, this wasn’t our problem but it was for a few colleagues of ours that were also staying at that location. They booked as well but were sent across the street to a different building and that’s not listed. They choose the place based on the location and appearance shown on the website only to be sent to a completely different one.

Door off hinge. Coat hangers broken TV remote not working. Undisclosed parking fees Crawling insects in room Terrible breakfast, ultra low grade food and few choices. Next to unloading bay of next door shop, so noisy. General upkeep very low grade. One of the worst motels I've stayed. Spend a little extra, go elsewhere. Refrigerator barely works. Doors are so noisy every time someone goes in or out of the neighboring rooms you are woken up or disturbed.

The location of the property is great and very convenient for riverside mall and riverwalk. The breakfast option was good as well. But, on the second night of our stay bed bug bitten our child really bad. It needs to be trated urgently.

Due to other guests drinking, swearing and playing music loudly in the parking lot until 3 am every night it caused awful sleep and disturbed rest. Sadly I was on a short vacation, alone, so didn’t feel safe saying anything but sad the hotel staff didn’t think to act to stop this.

The website advertised a pool but there isn't one. It's ok if you are looking for an inexpensive place to sleep. Don't expect luxury. Breakfast options very limited, but it's included. Parking onsite which is good. Rebecca at the reception/check-in desk was super friendly, polite, helpful and professional.
