We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon night because we wanted a hotel experience before we left for our trip a few days later, and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. The room had a strange layout as if a bed was missing, it smelled awful, weird markings on the walls and ceiling, the bed and pillows were hard as a rock, and there were BUGS. We tried to get pictures of them but by the time we saw the bugs and grabbed our phones, they were gone (Bathroom/Floor/Night Stand/ and even the BED). When we checked out I told the man at the front desk about the bugs and he asked me if I had pictures (which I explained to him they were too fast to get a clear photo) and he looked right at me and flat out told me that I was lying because "there was no way there could be bugs because they take care of that". I didnt even want a refund, but it was about the principle of it all, and I didnt want anyone else to have the same experience we had (especially on our HONEYMOON!) and then being told that I was lying!!! Even before our stay I called the hotel 3 times and asked if they did any accommodations to go with a honeymoon, like rose petals or chocolate or something, and the woman I spoke with on the phone each time didnt understand me and could barely speak English. It was by far the WORST hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life and the fact that thats how we spent our honeymoon is extremely upsetting.
