Great location!! The hotel is beautiful and the room was very nice,the only thing is the parking you have to pay extra x day if you bring your car ,they offer a valet parking and the service was really good . Overall our experience was really nice and the best for me definitely was the location if you love to walk everything was close , a lot off restaurants,museums,historic places,the American tower ,and the river walk was pretty nice !! We love it and definitely will be back.

The hotel is very nice and beautiful, the accessibility to the river is awesome and you can quickly find some shops and places to eat, which make it memorable. I really like the valet Parking. The personnel is very friendly and helpful!!!😃😃😃

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Comfortable beds. My only complaint would be lighting and vanity space in the bathroom. No lights above the mirror and the smallest vanity I've ever seen in a Hyatt hotel. Had no where to put my bathroom items and couldn't see to do hair and makeup
