When we had our room cleaned, all they did was change the sheets , the bathroom towels were.not changed or replaced.

Everything was good on this hotel, the only thing was the “bed”. The bed was very very uncomfortable, there was like a hole in the bed making it so uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that everything was fine.

Hotel is well located. Close to river walk and other areas. The room were OK. However the room lacks a dresser and only one chair which was not comfortable. The sofa bed was quite uncommon style and sleep only one person and it was uncomfortable to sleep on it. The valet was good and the guys were kind and respectfully. They responded rapid to our request. The use of text message was great. Breakfast was good. Just an advise: more variety will improve it. In the future I will probably stay again.

All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The hotel room feels outdated. Cleanliness of the hotel room needs improvement. There was a lot of dust in the room, especially the bathroom. The desk was sticky and the outlet on on it was falling the apart. A few towels, the lamps, and the floor had stains. The beds are way too soft and lack support. The pool area is okay. There's no free parking anywhere; only daily hotel valet, paid parking lots, and metered parking.
