Payment was made in full in advance. However, on the day of the supposed check-in, I was unable to do so. The reason for this is that the premises were not cleaned after the previous tenants. People who moved out could smell andnot cooled down steam in the toilet after taking a shower. In addition, the bed in the living room was not made. If you watch the video, you can clearly see that there is a mark on the pillow from the head of a person who recently lay down. And in the shower there is a wet and dirty towel with traces of hair. The trash cans are overflowing and everything is dirty. To confirm my words, I can provide videos and photos. The owner does not check calls and messages. Vrbo customer service left a message about the problems within 24 hours.I could not stay in this terrible place after a difficult trip and was forced to close the house and go to a hotel. In this regard, I demand a refund, despite the fact that it is impossible to make a refund to my account. If you decide that income from funds is impossible for me for this reason, please provide me with an official refusal. The refusal to live in this place was not my fault, but the fault of the owner. I incurred additional expenses and wasted time due to his fault.
