Great location
We stayed for 3 nights during a Universal Studio visit. Location was amazing. Staff very helpful. I left stuff behind in room and they held it until my Dad could pick it up. Literally on the theme park doors footsteps. Breakfast was decent.

Our VIP hotel room was beautiful and always clean. It had everything we needed and more. My only complaint was the Wifi was terrible - things were so slow to load if they would load at all. I ended up using my data and then having to hotspot. Not ideal, particularly for the VIP experience.

We booked a luxury room and a standard room. The service was completely the same. We never received an introduction or greeting. Certain staff members were not polite or helpful. Very immature.

The Park Front Hotel is great, Firstly with the negatives, There are little to no negatives other than the room is slightly outdated and a bit empty. other than that everything else was great! The lobby looked spectacular, and the lifts to the rooms had these cool, spinning clocks each illuminated differently. The buffet is gargantuan and the chefs are great. I made lots of friends at the hotel, especially the Sushi Man who had really quick hands and was super nice. All the hotel staff were helpful with any problems we had during our 7-night stay. I would highly recommend going here, even more so if you have kids due to the amazing location next to Universal Studios. And there is a train station 1 minute away from the hotel, (less than 40 meters away). All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed this stay!!
