The double room was a bit small, with just enough space to fully open my luggage, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel has a relaxing vibe with darker interior tones, so if you have poor eyesight or aren't wearing glasses, be cautious as the lighting can be a bit dim. It's in a quiet, safe area, and there are several local restaurants within walking distance offering a variety of dining options. One downside was the front desk area, where staff often lined up, making it unclear where I should stand, and the counter design felt awkward for a one-on-one conversation. The hotel often hosts DJ nights, so if you enjoy a more laid-back, less crowded nightlife, this hotel is a great option.

My biggest reason for choosing this hotel was to book a screening room. It was absolutely worth it!! We enjoyed our favorite shows and music videos on a big screen with pretty great sound quality too. The ambient lighting was a bonus and so was the water pressure in the bathroom. 10/10 stay.

Great hotel
I loved this hotel! It was so beautiful and clean. The rooms were really nice. Like most rooms in Japan, they were small, but not too small. They offered rentals on certain items for a small fee. There was a restaurant with great food. And the rooftop was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and they provided the best service. I'm looking forward to stayong here again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. It was his favorite hotel we've stayed at in recent memory – the room was clean and spacious (relatively speaking), the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we really liked the bar with a view. The amenities and overall hotel have a fun, hip, modern vibe without compromising on comfort, class, or cleanliness.

Excellent short stay for a single traveller. The hotel is cosy, clean, has pleasant atmosphere, privacy. Great hot shower, comfortable bed and a pleasant interior to be in when resting. It was great to have the amenities provided, from shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, to a change of clothes to wear indoors. All other necessary toiletries were available for free - hassle free and you don't have to worry if you forgot something. Particularly enjoyed the fact that there were a couple of bottles of water and coffee drip bags - it makes for a pleasant morning. Great to have the option of a more "green" hotel room houskeeping in exchange for vouchers that you can spend in the hotel. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka - please keep up the excellent job! I personally have had all I needed and more, but above all I appreciate the privacy, the polite and kind smiles of staff members, and that noone disturbed my peace. See you again!
