Conveniently located with lots of shopping/eateries and train stations. Airport bus nearby. Their beverage station at the lobby is a great way to greet exhausted travelers. Wish more hotels would offer that.

Quite convenient location once I found it. Check in and check out very simple. Buffet breakfast is a BARGAIN! The luggage hold line was confusing as many "cut". I mentioned it to staff and when I returned to pick up my luggage, I noticed they "fixed" the line better. Shout out for that!

We absolutely love our stay for 8 nights. Very accessible to transport, shopping & dining. The staff are very efficient and even booked me to a medical center that has every service I needed when I was sick. Also the laundry facility albeit limited and you have to wait for availability but a very good help keep our wardrobe clean specially with a child- brilliant. And if we go back to Osaka- we will definitely stay there again. Very Satisfied 😊
