When we arrived we were told that there is no parking or parking lot and that you will have to park across the street, but that you run the risk of homeless people breaking into your vehicle. We tried to cancel the reservation and they told us too bad that we didn’t provide enough notice and that we would be charged for the room along with the taxes. I told them that you did not provide notice that you had no insight Peking and that my vehicle would be subjected to potential burglary from homeless people. This will be disputed with my credit card company. I would not recommend staying at this “hotel”.

The experience was horrible valet lost car key first night was not able to attend any events I had planned and the charged me for the rooms when they verbally told me they was gonna comp the rooms.

My stay at Tru by Hilton was definitely a 5 star experience, liked the location became it was walking distance to everything and the rooms are really nice and the staff also. Would definitely recommend it and plan to stay here again
