There is no reception. They expect you to call a call centre to get an understanding of how to pick up keys. Your international phone roaming bill will cross few hundreds as the call centre wait os too long. Also the information you get from call centre is not 100% correct. It was a big struggle to find a room key to check in. It took 2 hours for me after tiring international flight

Very accommodating staff. Will book again next year for Australian open. Walking distance to the AO. Free Tram transportation in the city area. Very nice. Close to everything.

I was upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment from a studio for no extra charge. Lights and air conditioning were on for my arrival which I appreciated. The apartment was spacious and for the most part spotless. It had a great walk-in shower. The kitchen was a bonus and I was able to cook dinner on both evenings. The bed, whilst firm, was very comfortable and attractively made up. Towels and bathroom supplies were generous. It was exceptionally quiet at the hotel. The staff at reception were well organised and polite. Situated on Collins Street, it made for a wonderful stay. A few details could make the stay exceptional. These would include a spruce-up in the bathroom floor tiling and skirtings, a dishwasher in working order (in the apartment I was given), and new blinds on the large windows. A fly-screen on the openable sash window would also go well as would a clean-up on the window sill. The hotel offered a value-for-money stay in the overpriced city tariff market.

Location was amazing, so close to it all. Value for money was also wonderful. I needed a 2br apartment for my family of 4 that were going to be out and about, so somewhere just to sleep basically. This was perfect. Clean, neat and easily accessible. I do recommend.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel location is beautiful visually and extremely convenient to explore the city. The hotel seems a bit dated but was still presented well. The rooms however did not have exhaust fan or much ventilation but we were able to keep the window opened for fresh air. Our studio room was huge! Carparking was less than 5 walk away All staff that we interacted with were lovely and we would gladly return.

Excellent location in the centre of the city. Directly opposite the Regent Theatre which was perfect as we were attending a matinee. We had a spacious apartment which easily suited our one night requirement. It was a very quiet with no traffic or guest noise. Parking is one block away but easy to locate and park. Staff were able to meet our request to have an early check in ahead of the matinee performance. Staff friendly. Would easily choose to stay there again

Our room was clean, quiet and well equiped. Had to be careful in the shower as the tiles were a bit slippery. Would absolutely stay again. It was close to the trams, shops and theatre. 8/10

Beds are not that great as per previous time issues with hot water - cold shower. this time again the bed condition pretty worn on each side so tomorrow will wake with back pain again. A good location at the top end of Collins Street, and the suite was a good size. There was a window in the lounge, but none in the bedroom so no breeze when sleeping. Otherwise a great stay.
