Position, position, position. This apartment is so well located, not far from Burke St Mall, & an easy tram from Southern Cross station. However, the apartment could do with some maintenance: re siliconing the bathroom, shortening the curtains in the living area (there is a blind but you can't close the curtains because ion the heat pump). I found the heat pump ineffectual in actually warming the apartment. Bed is comfy, the couch not so much.

Great hotel and location in Melbourne CBD
The hotel is in a brilliant location, opposite the Regal theatre and a short walk to trams and flinders station. I believe I got a great deal to stay for 2 nights as I found this hotel very clean and spacious with a great kitchenette and the bed fabulous and soft. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great hotel and location

Stayed before, excellent room 8th floor v comfy bed, kettle tea milk etc good wifi. Only small thing is every room has an old wall heater which might be noisy for some. Reception area very small though. Overall a good stay and location can’t be beaten!
