Breathtaking views and lovely decor
Very clean, modern bathroom and shabby-chic decor in the bedroom. Perfect for views of San Gan, and just a 5 min walk. More of an air bnb than hotel, but we had breakfast just over the road at a hotel for €8 each (continental buffet) which worked well. Recommend here, we really liked it!

Assolutamente meraviglioso, a pochi passi dal piccolo borgo, con vista diretta sulle torri. Camera spaziosissima e di aspetto gradevolissimo, bagno e docce ottimi. Felicissimo di questo soggiorno

리셉션 없고 에어컨도 없고 시설도 별로
일단 리셉션이 없기 때문에 도착해서 전화를 해야 하는데 전화를 받고 바로 온다더니 30분이 지나도 안 오는 와중에, 다른 투숙객이 와서 다시 전화를 했더니 5분있다 온다더니 거의 30분있다가 왔습니다. 한 마디로 거의 밖에서 한 시간을 기다렸다는 얘기..... 영어도 거의 안 통해서 의사소통이 어려웠고, 들어가니 에어컨도 없어서 한 여름엔 정말 죽겠다 싶었습니다. 유일하게 화장실만 깨끗했고 침대나 다른 시설은 좀 후졌고 엄청 깨끗한지도 잘 모르겠더라구요. 산지미냐노입구까지 멀지는 않았지만 굳이 여기서 숙박할 필요는 없어보이며 잘 찾아보시면 산지미냐노 산조반니 문? 에서 가까우면서 뷰 좋은 아그리투리스모도 있으니 잘 찾아보시길 추천합니다.

Molto al di sotto delle aspettative
Dovevamo soggiornare dal giorno 20 al 24 giugno, ma arrivati presso la struttura ci viene comunicato che la proprietaria aveva già assegnato la nostra stanza per la prima notte, perciò ci è stata assegnata una stanza presso un'altra struttura. Premetto che due giorni prima di partire ho provato a contattare il personale per confermare il giorno e l'ora del nostro arrivo, senza ottenere risposta. Dal secondo giorno abbiamo potuto usufruire della stanza da noi prenotata già da diversi mesi; esteticamente molto bella (si vede che è stata ristrutturata di recente), ma rispetto al prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo più confort. Il materasso e i cuscini sono da cambiare, non essendoci l'aria condizionata (come da descrizione) la stanza è munita di ventilatore rumorosissimo e quindi inutilizzabile di notte. Purtroppo non si possono nemmeno tenere aperte le finestre per il continuo abbaiare di cani durante la notte. Nel bagno non vengono forniti i consueti prodotti (sapone, bagnoschiuma... etc.) , gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni 2 giorni e la pulizia lascia al quanto a desiderare. Il pagamento della stanza viene richiesto in contanti e non con carta come invece indicato nella scheda della struttura. Note positive: una bella vista su San Gimignano, comodità al centro del paese, diversi parcheggi non a pagamento disponibili nelle vicinanze e la disponibilità della Sig.ra Lucia.

Buona posizione, belle camere
Un soggiorno molto positivo. Nelle camere, si vede che è' tutto nuovo. Posizione meravigliosa e vista altrettanto bella. Peccato solo la camera un po' fredda e il frigobar staccato senza nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua dentro. In generale consigliato. Ci si può tornare. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Cerca del pueblo pero no dentro de la zona amurallada. Habitación bonita y confortable. En invierno es un pueblo fantasma, casi todo esta cerrado.
