We were not provided with the amenities that were offered. The complimentary breakfast didn’t have any options of milk for the cereal or coffee. The bagels were stale and hard as well. The Parking is a about a half a mile walk from lobby entrance. The staff was distracted and unavailable most of the time of our stay. I was not satisfied with my booking and would not recommend to others.

Nice place in a great location near the airport and near Old San Juan. Small complimentary breakfast was appreciated as well, located on a terrace with a beautiful view. Price was reasonable. Parking was confusing, but besides that, enjoyed the stay here a lot. Thanks!

Good hotel for the price, room was very comfortable, clean and cozy and with very pretty balcony views. The housekeeping personnel are very nice, but there was Nobody at front desk counter at check out time and breakfast is not the best.

The location is excellent but the hotel needs improvement. We never had housekeeping during our stay and had to go to the lobby to ask for new towels. They had no plates at breakfast.

Property is at a walkable distance to condado beach. Lots of great places to eat in condado. A few miles from old san jua accessible by uber, scooter or walking if you care to. The free breakfast was mediocre!! Bagels, bread, croissants and packaged muffin. No tea option. No need to wake up early for this. Some minimal noise at night. Overall booked this hotel last minute and would stay here again for convenience.

Terrible old hotel with extremely poor service.
Terrible old hotel with extremely poor service. Noisy air conditioning with people who have no idea about hotel management. They offer a free breakfast, but one day they were out of milk, another day out of plates, another day out of bread, knife, etc. Leaking faucet and bathtub. Planes pass over your head early in the morning. We regret the decision and the money we spent in this hotel. Totally mismanaged. You can find much better places with the money they charge here. Don’t spend your money here.
