Very nice hotel, good food and great rooftop. The staff needs could be friendlier and the other reason why I don’t leave a better review is because they refused to give me a room upgrade which was part of my Expedia VIP access even if they had available rooms and I showed them proof of it.

This place is amazing! Super close to the Mercado de Artesanías Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel. Highly recommend staying here. The staff is extremely friendly and makes sure you are taken care of.

This is a very unique boutique hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is included and is quite good. the Ghar restaurant is some of the best Indian food I have ever had. Bekeb, rooftop bar is a great place to unwind after a long day of sight seeing and offers an excellent view of the sunset. The property is in easy walking distance to most of the attractions. This is a great hotel. We will be staying again the next time we are in San Miguel de Allende.

The hotel is very pretty and in a great location. It has a nice breakfast included. But it has a rooftop bar that is open nightly for outside crowds with loud music till midnight at which point you hear as it is emptying out and being cleaned. People walk freely throughout the hotel to access the rooftop which I thought was strange even though it doesn’t feel unsafe.

Me da mucha pena que un hotel tan bonito tenga tan mal desayuno , nos quedamos dos noches aqui y tenian tres opciones para desayunar todo frio y malo. Creo que este tipo de hotel deberia tener mas opciones para los huespedes y variacion , me queje con el supervisor y al otro dia fue peor , no hay consistencia un dia jugo de pina al otro jugo de lata de naranja, pan y huevo.

bien ubicado
El Personal de recepción atentos y amables, en todo momento. El Personal de limpieza atentos y amables, la habitación impecable. La habitación cómoda, las camas cómodas, con wifi, lo malo es que se escuchan todos TODOS los ruidos de afuera, no tiene vista a nada, habitación 2 (una pequeña ventana que da al pasillo) El Personal de restaurante no tienen intención o no saben de servicio, hay que rogar por una servilleta, cada día y ademas no tienen estándar. El desayuno continental dejo mucho que desear, en lugares de menos renombre mucho mejor. aunque lo pagues no te pueden hacer un omelete, (aunque lo tengan en su carta) eso si el café muy rico. para la comida no tienen servicio todos los días, afortunadamente, san miguel de allende es reconocido por su gastronomía y afuera hay mil opciones. muy bien ubicado.

I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing the staff are! Enrique the manager is always there to provide excellent service. The hotel is beautiful especially for taking pictures instagramable! Rooms are very spacious and beds, linens are luxurious.
