Ramon’s Village Resort
We found Ramons Village to be very accommodating and laid back, no partying just friendly staff and guests. Will definitely return. Staff always friendly and very helpful. Great dive operation, the staff was awesome!

Big on noise, little on relaxation
We've been to San Pedro several times and were looking forward to staying at Ramon's this time. However, between the construction work on a deck, and the bilge pump operating on the shore, there was very little relaxation to be had - it could be heard from our room and the pool. In fact, we skipped massages knowing that the noise would prevent a peaceful experience. Too bad. they had such greats potential. Room itself was comfortable enough, standing water in the shower could use some work. And maybe offer more than just beer and wine at the bar and restaurant.

We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly and extremely accommodating to our very large group's every need. They truly went above and beyond. Pineapples was an amazing restaurant with some of the best food on the island. Our bed was so comfortable that I missed it when we left! The room was so cozy and was perfect. The 24 hr pool was a huge plus as well! Beach access was not great-they were pumping sand with very, very loud equipment to the other side of the resort so you couldn't swim-but the view was wonderful! They did have some great docs to go and look out on! TIP: Go to the dock at night and look over! SOOOO many fish at night! HUGE! Even some nurse sharks. That was one of our favorite things to do there!

A wonderful hideaway on the beach
I wonderful, peaceful hideaway. My room was perfect with no noise. The staff were so helpful and polite. A small recommendation would be a tv in the room. As a solo traveller and in quiet season, there was very little to do ine 3vening.

Ramon exceeded our expectations and was so amazing. The facilities were gorgeous, the food was fantastic, and every single staff person was friendly and engaging. Everyone remembered our names and seemed to go out of their way to make each guest feel important. The dive team was fabulous, we did a refresher course and then several dives throughout the week. The gear was top quality, they offer lockers so you dont have to lug your stuff back and forth to your room. They even have underwater cameras you could rent if you wanted. We also did a snorkel excursion. I enjoyed a spa treatment and one day we reserved one of the Ramons golf carts and took a drive to Secret Beach for the day.

This is the perfect place to go for a retreat away from all the hustle and bustle of city life. Very clean and the food is awesome. Be prepared for no liquor sold on site besides wine and beer. Also, there are no tvs in the rooms. So bring a book. Also the wifi signal is weak.

I like the architecture, it didn't feel like you were at a typical hotel/resort. Inside the rooms gave you an idea of the culture there. I would definitely book this resort again. The staff was very friendly

Loved Ramons. The staff was fabulous, the onsite resturant was good and the massage I had from Mary was top notch. The snorkel tour guides were funny, informative and make the trip enjoyable.
