A very poor experience! The restaurant was closed which we were not told about. The room was very small and poorly equipped, no fridge, no aircon, only an old and noisy fan. The waste bin hadn’t been emptied and still contained the previous guest’s sanitary waste!! The automatic check in was irritating and cumbersome. The hotel is next to a busy road. I would not recommend this hotel.

La posizione della struttura è buona, lascia molto a desiderare il resto.... camera piccola e senza possibilità di appendere perfino gli asciugani il bagno è carente di manutenzione così come il resto della camera.... non c'è aria condizionata e la camera era un forno...solo una specie di ventilatore a colonna per niente efficace e molto rumoroso

A little gem
Help provided from the minute we arrived with checking in at the checking in booth. Very attentive personnel both on the night shift when we arrived and the morning shift the following day. Love the space, being it the bedroom space which we could have the kids or the communal space including the restaurant. Would have no problem coming back.

Room good. Staff pleasant. Self computerised check in when we arrived late at night was a total nightmare! Advertised as with breakfast. So, was expecting some form of breakfast but was not to be. The restaurant was closed So, im assuming the few cellophane wrapped rolls next to the tea/coffee making facility, next to the bed was the breakfast? So, a general dissapointment overall

La première impression [c’est abandonné]…. Surprise l’endroit paraît désert et la réception est une machine… La chambre est coté route avec des fenêtres non isolées et pas de climatisation… Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit : Ouf !

El entorno está muy bien, pero la habitación que nos tocó al no disponer de aire acondicionado ni prácticamente ventilación y estar bajo el techo no se podía estar de calor. También deberían poner en el baño accesorios para colgar las toallas y buscar una nueva ubicación al tv: no puede estar a la misma altura que la cama.

Me ha encantado
El hotel muy bonito y muy acogedor, me llevé una grata sorpresa, la habitación y el baño muy amplios y con una terraza con vistas al jardín y a la naturaleza. El personal súper amable, un diez. No entiendo los comentarios negativos que había leído porque me había asustado y desde luego que nada que ver con la realidad, les doy un diez. Ya tengo un hotel para volver y recomendar.

Sin desayuno, aunque lo ponga en la web.
Antes de la valoración general, he de decir que en la reserva pone claramente que la habitación incluye "DESAYUNO CONTINENTAL". Es totalmente falso y me siento estafado dado que muchas veces selecciono los alojamientos solo porque incluya desayuno y entiendo que lo estoy pagando al hacer la reserva. La habitacion tenia una cafetera de cápsulas con algo de bollería industrial, se agradece el detalle pero queda lejos de lo que entiendo por "desayuno continental". Lo bueno: lugar bonito rodeado de árboles, las vistas de la ventana por la mañana eran increíbles. Servicio amable. Lo malo: limpieza muy deficiente (dejar el móvil en la mesita de noche y que se quede blanco del polvo). Habitación pequeña, en el baño no había nada ni para colgar la toalla. Había sobrecitos de gel, pero no champú. Aunque se nota el intento de aislar las habitaciones del bar de abajo, sigue habiendo mucho ruido. Los días que cerraban simplemente no había nadie allí, el checkout fue improvisado. Muy caro para lo que se ofrece.
