Exceptional. The service and staff at this hotel are among the best I’ve ever experienced. Thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely kind—they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay better, even upgrading our room and offering a late checkout. The restaurant food is excellent, with a generous and delicious breakfast spread each morning. The location is also ideal—just minutes from the town centre, yet far enough to feel peaceful and quiet.

I had an incredible four-night stay at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa. I have never stayed in a hotel where every single staff member was kind, friendly, and as helpful as these team members were. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options. Also, the room was absolutely beautiful and had everything I needed. I loved the fish pond in the lobby and had to visit them every time I walked by! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. As a solo traveler, I never felt out of place or looked at funny like what often happens. Instead, I was treated like I was part of their family. It was hard to leave!
