Great location near the Railyard, with its brewery’s and restaurants nearby, but also in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to downtown plaza area in 15-20 minutes. Very convenient location and a nice, pleasant place to stay.

Perfect Location

This condo is within walking distance from the Railyard and several galleries and shops. It was clean, and the beds were very comfy. We did have some problems figuring out the heat, but it was good once we did. The heated floors kept our feet warm, as it was pretty cold while we were there. I would stay there again!

Did find a few good restaurants in the area. Also, good movie theater nearby. The TV got some channels the first day and by the end of the stay wouldn’t even turn on. Needs to be looked at!

Best Girlfriend Getaway Ever

This property was perfect for us on a girlfriend getaway. It is close to downtown, easy access to the railroad where the farmers market is, and it is clean and safe. We liked that the gate to the door had a hook on it inside which made us feel safer. The property was clean and had everything we needed to cook, enjoy movies together and have some private time if needed. The contact provided for us was fabulous. we misplaced a key and were able to get into the property with a phone call and prompt answer. Loved every minute

Property was incredibly convenient to Railyard to walk, downtown and Trader Joes if driving. Interesting decor and a well stocked kitchen for cooking made our limited time at the condo enjoyable. If mobility issues, the upstairs bedroom could be an issue. Stairs were steep. We would enjoy staying there again.

Perfect for our short visit

We really enjoyed this clean and well-equipped home. It was perfect for our visit to Santa Fe for a wedding. Comfortable beds and the washer-dryer were also a plus. Super-friendly owner who checked in to ensure that we were able to access the house easily and asked if we needed anything. She also had great recommendations that helped us enjoy the trip. Wonderful adobe property with very nice furnishings, the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we arrived and found a couple of the lights in the kitchen needed to be replaced. The owners also recommended some great restaurants. I would caution anyone with mobility issues that there are 20 steps to reach the master bedroom on the second floor.

Really enjoyed my stay. I would just caution that any visitors who need the 2nd bedroom to be aware that the stairs are VERY steep and narrow. I’m a healthy and active 70 year old, and I was not comfortable on them. Luckily, I only needed one bedroom. The house is super nice, super clean and in a great location!

Property was as described and host was very responsive to a couple of minor issues raised by previous renters. I would suggest that in the description it would indicate that there are 20 steps from the main level to the upper bedroom and that they are quite steep.

Charming house within walking distance of everything Santa Fe has to offer

The house is comfortable with a full kitchen, nice bedding, quiet street and nice neighborhood. My friend and I walked to art installations, the galleries at the Railroad, and restaurants in the plaza from the house. The host was responsive and set the house up for a delightful stay. We spent a couple of evenings at the house enjoying the coziness of it.

Adobe cutie

We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe at this cute Adobe! It is just like it looks in the photos. We appreciated the radiant heating in the floors as it snowed and was chilly while we were there. The sofa in the LR is quite low and so not very easy to get out of for older people. The dishwasher had a small issue which caused it to stop mid cycle. We contacted the host who was quick to respond, however, the issue was not resolved. Also, the information provided for garbage day was incorrect, so we missed the first week's garbage (correct day is Wed). We also had to buy basic cleaning supplies for the bathrooms and to sanitize kitchen counters. The washer and dryer were great, but we did have to buy laundry supplies too. Finally, the rose bush by the front door is hazardous as the thorns caught us several times. It definitely needs to be pruned or removed. I know all of this sounds very critical, but honestly, we really liked the cozy adobe and appreciated the location. Santa Fe is a great city!
