Bem limpo, porém localização ruim na cidade
O hotel é bem antigo, decoração e demais instalações. Apenas o elevador parece ser novo. Porém, é bem limpo e funcionários são bem receptivos. Não recomendo apenas pela região, longe da região que possui mais restaurantes e que são mais seguras.

Nice hotel with friendly, excellent staff. The restaurant has good food with great service and the prices are very reasonable. There's a metro station a minute from the hotel, and an extensive shopping district across the avenue. Many museums and sights to see within easy walking distance. I travel to Santiago every year and this is my new go-to hotel.

The facilities are too old, the bathroom is too small and the courtains don't close well the light. The breakfest is very good and its time is amazing. We can have it from 6:30 to 10:30.

Very nice hotel in downtown Santiago. Close to tourist attractions. Very walkable area. The roombI had was 312 and it was really nice. A comfortable bed, quiet, refrigerator, safe and a nice walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice for dinner. Inexpensive and really good food. I will stay here again

Buen lugar para quedarse en el centro de Santiago
Excelente lugar para visitar Santiago. En pleno centro histórico de la ciudad. El personal fue muy amable en todos los sentidos. El desayuno incluido, muy completo y nutritivo. El hotel es antiguo pero fue remodelado y modernizado. Nos pareció muy cómodo.

The main issue is that the rooms have a lot of short coming - water does not drain, We had a air conditioner leaking water in the room and mattresses moving easily etc. I must say the front desk staff was outstanding, Extremely helpful in trying to sort out our concerns. Plus for any help we needed, Taxi, directions, tours etc, always willing to help. With all the issues - would definitely stay there again as its very centrally located.

Overall OK for a couple of days.
Overall good. I would ask the staff to keep the Air Conditioning ON for the rooms in on the 7th floor: these get very hot when facing the sun. In my room 701, the Toilet would not flush.
