Great location and good value for the room!
It was better than expected! The room was more like a studio apartment with a separate bedroom and living area, whic consisted of a couch, sink, 2 burner stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and dishes silverware and pots and pans. We had a corner room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast was quite adequate, cosisting of cereal, fruit, yogurt, various cheeses and coldcuts, scrambled eggs, and bread and rolls with a toaster. The only real complaint we had was the shower, which was in a small bathtub with a high side to climb in and out of, and the tub was very slippery.

Hotel location is good, staff very nice and willing to help. Breakfast quite balance. Room clean and comfortable. The only negative observation is the bath top, extremely small and dangerous, it is slippery and high too reach.

Good location, mediocre hotel.
The hotel is in a good location if you can find it. It was definitely hard to find in the dark the forst time we arrived, but it is close to the sites. The wifi was awful. About 80% of the time, the wifi connection wasnt even giving us a signal. The breakfast was below average with just a boxed lunch.

Clean but needs some improvements
The cart of the hotel is not working and they donā€™t have a helper to carry your luggage. The hot water came out in brown color, had just one shampoo tube and one piece of soap. The AC was OK but the auto mode didnā€™t make the fan to stop when the temperature was cool enough. Clean and comfortable room and good care of the COVID 19 rules. The breakfast is properly located inside of the refrigerator.

Great downtown location very close to the subway station Moneda and to many other means of public transportation. Also lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Right in the heart of the city, this hotel was the perfect spot for getting anywhere. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the breakfast was delicious! Taxis, subway or busses were nearby as was a full supermarket which was helpful as we had a kitchen in our room. Also lots of sights were walkable. I highly recommend RQ for you, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Even though they have rooms available staff makes you wait until 3pm for check in. They may save a few dollars in utilities but makes the tired customer very upset. I was for check in at 10am I understood, very early, but i came back around 2pm and still had to wait. I have traveled a lot and most of the hotels let's you check in earlier knowing you are tired .

Location
The location is excellent. There are two metal front gates with security guards, next to government building. The place is safe. Breakfast is good with fruits, cereals, breads etc. Location is excellent and convenient,next to metro.

The pool was not open until December however we had not been made aware of that before arriving and it was the main reason we chose to stay at this hotel. The bathroom floor also had lots of hairs over it, although the rest of the room seemed clean enough. We also found a hair in the fresh chopped fruit at breakfast which was off putting to say the least. Overall a bit of a disappointing experience.
