Recommended for relaxation away from city noises.
Generally it was very good stay . faced some problem , but the staff were helpful to solve it . Special thanks to Samiyah , The PR in charge and cafeteria staff .

Great location, clean and friendly, excellent food
We really enjoyed our stay here, we stayed in the double deluxe room which had a good view of Sapanca lake. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the presentation was excellent. We also had great massages in the spa. The spa staff, one in particular, wasn't the most knowledgeable but the others were great.

The price for the rooms was horrible, checked into room, believed pics and it was a box. Had a 5 day stay planned, had to pay more than twice the price for barely an upgrade. Staff were excellent , food was terrible, really terrible. Property is beautiful, view is amazing. Read reviews of others before booking seems like they were somewhere else. BTW, shower flooded room first day, because it was not prepped for someone to stay, no shower walls and a drain outside that was on the highest point in room. BTW, we rented 2 rooms on Q level there both had same issue.
