다시 가도 또 예약하고 싶을 정도로 꽤 만족스러웠던 호텔입니다. 특히, 삿포로역 지하도로 연결되어 있어서 추운 겨울에 캐리어 끌고 다니기도 편했어요. 오래된 고급 호텔의 느낌도 있는데 리모델링도 잘 되어 있는 것 같고, 무엇보다 한국인 직원분도 있어서 의사소통도 편했습니다. 가성비 최고!!

Very helpful staff, centrally located. Lots of dining options and near good restaurants. Limousine bus stops there. Rooms in main building need updating, which is planned for March 2025. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel with excellent service

The hotel was in the great condition, the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is very strategic, the rooms are spacious. Toilets are clean and tidy. However during my stay, I would like to highlight 2 things that need attention from the hotel. First is the carpet condition which is uneven near to the bathroom door. Second is the bathroom smells like a dump/old furniture. Other than these, I would say perfect.

The rooms are quite old, but well maintained and clean. The best part of the hotel is the underground connection to all of the neighboring train stations and shops. Enjoyed our stay here.

Convenient location

Great location connecting to Sapporo JR convenience for airport and underground walkway. Hotel need to give clear instructions on how to get from Sapporo station via the underground. Overall the hotel is best.
