Perfect place to relax and cozy cabin.

Nice, simple cabin. Very clean. Everything in working order. Good value. Close to town. Even the white dog on property is friendly - slept by our front door all night and was there to greet us in morning!!! Definitely worth the stay.

Stay was great. Great place for a boat. Easy access. Enough plates silverware cups Ect for all your needs. Beds good. Blankets and washer and dryer. 2nd time I’ve stayed.

The property is beautiful! Very welcoming! The cabin was spotless and the host very kind and accommodating!

What a great weekend! My wife and I stayed during an autumn rainy weekend and it was so beautiful. Host was awesome and property was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend!

The cottage at River Bird Lodge was excellent. It's very nice, clean, well appointed. It's great for a couple or a small family. The cottage layout has a bedroom and common living area with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, which is not always the case. It sits on a large property with a lot of woods to explore, as well as the river. This time of year the river is pretty low, so you can easily access the riverbed.. Niki was very responsive and easy to work with. I gave only 4 stars on the listing accuracy question only because there was mention of chickens and goats and my wife was excited for that, but they aren't there now....LOL. Otherwise the property is as advertised and then some. The only other item that I would call attention to is the fact that there are a 2 or 3 units together on the property so some elements like the fire pit may be shared. It wasn't a problem for us, we met some very nice folks around the fire....and Coach, who helps oversee the place was an absolute gem!
