The rooms were quiet and spacious. I didn’t like the fact that after we checked in - we didn’t get our room cleaned again - it was as if we were on our own after we checked in and it wasn’t included with our stay. We had to empty our own trash and call daily for new towels.

Quaint old building with charm, no real amenities. Room windows face a parking garage. Shower water doesn’t get warm enough imo . No ice machines. Have to ask front desk and they’ll give you a bag with decent amount. Always water in lobby downstairs — coffee in the AM & cookies in PM. Great staff. Great location. They offer valet for $35 per day. If you’re there on the wknd street parking is free Saturday night 8p to Sunday night.

Excellent location. Close to everything including public paid parking across the street, although I opted for valet. It was quiet most of my stay. Charming hotel. My room was fine but could use a lot more cleaning. The sink surface had some kind of brown powdery residue that I wiped off. Carpet needed more vacuuming also. The bed squeaked. Check in was okay. Mike could use more training with customer service. He doesn't smile nor greet you when you approach and he won't talk unless you initiate it. A simple hi, how may I help you would be nice. He was busy with his phone. Karl was very nice and gave you that warm welcome. He needs to be at the forefront. He can train Mike how to be friendlier =)

Great location; the staff was very nice and friendly. The downside was that despite staying up on the 6th floor with the windows closed, I had to endure more decibel's than I would have liked from the overabundance of homeless people who made the park across the street their home.

Great location and great service from staff. The hotel is in the center of the city so expect some noise at night. But for the walkability it is worth it.

Paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling, the fixtures in the bathroom were falling apart, not enough light in the room and one light fixture didn't work. Desk clerk not knowledgeable on causal restaurants in area after long drive and sent us out to a loud sports bar. Vallet parking was outstanding

The property is located 2 blocks from the River Street. It has an easy access to the rest of the city too. Staff is very cordial and helpful. I did not receive VIP promised (at times of booking) perks. There is no restaurant on the premises, no breakfast, no tea available. The hotel inside is heavily run down. Our room and all the hallways are not clean. The rooms furnitures are falling apart. I wish the pictures and description presented on Expedia about this hotel were true, but they are absolutely not! Highly disappointed and I consider it a waste of money.

A fabulous property. The staff was top end. Any request was handled usually very quick, special requests as well. They were able to provide me a single red rose for my companion. I’d like to say thanks to Patrick, Marvin, Rod, Carl, Joshua. Whenever we needed the car, it was there within a minute or so. The valet parking fee is high, but there is public parking right across the street. Should you decide to use it. The property sits on historic Reynolds Square. I would recommend.
