Very bad smell as we checked in to room. Not as per description and they lied about processing the cancellation and refund which is worst losing 200$ on something worthless

A nice motel near the airport
I stayed at the BW because it was near the airport and I needed an inexpensive motel room before continuing my trip. The hotel was convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle. The room was clean and comfortable, the internet worked great, and their breakfast was more than adequate. The best feature of this place was the massively friendly staff. They helped me find a restaurant, get the best deal on a ride to my ultimate destination, and generally better than most places.

Having the shuttle is very convenient. Being close to the light train made it easy to get to the attractions as well as being more economical ass far as transportation goes. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The pool, hot tub & gym were very nice & a great place to finish off a busy day! The room assigned was disgusting, old and smelled awful, front desk said they were full that night & reluctantly found me another one that was satisfactory & had been updated abit, although there was a weird smell coming from the air conditioning unit. The elevator also had a weird smell, like it needed some sort of maintenance. The large room off to the side of front desk (breakfast area in morning) which by the way was very good with lots of variety & coffee station with lots of seating area if you wanted to spend time out of your room any time. The front desk staff were awesome & very helpful with the exception of one. The shuttle drivers were amazing & very kind & helpful, hustling about every 30 minutes or so. There is no place close by to eat, just Burger King ((can't remember) so you have to walk quite aways to IHOP or BOB'S BURGERS uphill. The rooms can definitely use a remodel & possibly sound proofing as you can hear the airplanes overhead. The place is tired, old and could be improved. Location is only a 10 minute drive to the airport which is very handy & the shuttle is a bonus. Stayed 2 nights, would likely stay here again!

Although the night desk staff person wasn't particularly warm/friendly, we were quickly checked into our room. The room was large, inviting, a bit sparse but really we just wanted a clean comfortable space to sleep in and it delivered. Great shower, and roomy bathroom. We were amazed at the breakfast in the morning. Many choices and nicely displayed. The room was packed with people and it was very pleasant - like eating at a restaurant. The morning desk staff were welcoming and gracious.

Nice affordable hotel. A bit dated but convenient to airport and very clean. Not much going on in area for food. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. If looking for food, small grocery across the street has hot food to go.

This is our second visit. Our room had soooo much space! Breakfast was always on time and honestly one of the better hotel provided breakfast I’ve had. They have a indoor pool that is heated, jacuzzi, and game room! The game room had several options and tv to watch while inside! One of our favorite best westerns!
