This is the second time we have stayed at the element in SeaTac. The hotel is very clean, bright, and luxurious, looking while still being comfortable. However, this time the breakfast, which last till 10 and was pretty much gone by 9:30 and no one was restocking it. Also, we were given a handicap room which we did not request, and the shower was very uncomfortable. Water got all over the ground, and it was impossible to shave my legs in the confined space with the stool built into the wall.

Excellent hotel, convenient area
This hotel appears newer and was in beautiful shape. The room felt large and was well stocked with kitchen items, if needed. The staff was incredible kind and helpful. We traveled with a small dog and I think this is one of the only hotels that actually has a little grassy area for her. The hotel was tucked away on a side street (less traffic) but still close enough to the mall area with shopping and restaurants. We will be staying here on all of our Seattle trips in the future!

Girl's Trip
The hotel property was clean and parking was always available. The area was like in a buisness area which was awesome as not to much traffic, loved that. The mall was like 5 minutes away. The freeway was an easy access. The room was PERFECT, 2bdrm 2 bath suite for 5 people. Room was close to the elevator and ice machine right outside of our door lol. There was always cold ice water, hot water for tea and coffee 24 hours. Breakfast was okay for a grab and go. We had breakfast every morning before heading out except the last day. To the front desk staff you were truly FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, WELCOMING and no matter what we needed you were there to provide. I wish I got your names my apologies. Especially when we would get back late and stopped at the front desk for towels and toliet paper I had to put that out there lol it was always available. On the day of check out THANK YOU (MAHALO) for holding our luggage while we went to the mall and breakfast. That was AWESOME and very much APPRECIATED!!! TO THE Gals at the breakfast kitchen thank you as well for your friendliness and small conversations. We will definitely come back to stay again. Until then keep up the good work 👏. Aloha!!

Better than our previous stay here.
We were book at this hotel by our company as the last time which wasn’t a very good experience. This time the room was cleaner and even though it was smaller, it was much more comfortable. I think it depends on who’s on cleaning duty as this time everything was cleaner.

Enjoyed my stay at Element Seattle. Friendly staff. I really liked the Breakfast. They had a variety of food. The indoor pool was a favorite for my son. Overall, we had a great experience except for a little miscommunication with the front desk regarding extra towels and pillows.
