*This is waterfront Lake home, 2.7 miles from SeaTac Airport. The Lake is link light rail station from SeaTac International. 1min freeway entrance, 15min drive to downtown Seattle. This home is located on a private road with 2 parking spots and separate entry. You will have your own private apartment, beach on Angle Lake. Lake view from your bedroom, living room or balcony with 180 degree of lake view.

*Apartment #3 has two rooms one California king size bedroom with a full view of the lake, and the other room has a full-size bed, closet for each room, a queen size air-mattress, full bathroom, modern new kitchen, dining area, exquisite living room space with a beautiful view of the lake, laundry room, balcony that face the lake gorgeous waterfront. The Lake is stocked with trout and bass fishes, so you can fish and swim. Home is spacious and nicely decorated. We just remodeled it November of 2019. You will have a smart lock to check in yourself. We don’t live in the property, but we are 10 minutes away if you need anything.

All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving.
*Private road entrance with separate entry to the apartment. Two parking spots, You will have a full access to the entire apartment.

*It has a nice park to spend a pleasant walking or jogging, picnic area, playground as well as lakeside beach. Swimming area, boating, fishing, open recreation area, water spray park. The lake is stocked with trout and bass fishes. Starbucks, Big Foot Java, Dilettante Mocha Café. All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving.

*The lake is a link light rail station in SeaTac, WA. Which travels North to Seattle-Tacoma international Airport, Rainier Valley, Downtown Seattle and UW. It's just under $10 ride from the Airport to the house.

Note: if you are traveling with infant or small children please let me know before you arrive. I have the list below and I can have what you need ready. children books and toys, children dinnerware, Pack’n Play/travel crib that can be used for a Nap, change, and sleep, high chair,Outlet covers for safety.

**Key code entrance, smart video doorbell outside of the door. Security camera in the parking lot, security camera from unit #4 patio facing too Angel lake waterfront only. Air conditioning in the living room only. ***Key Note to know before booking this unit it has about 13 stairs or steps to enter the main door. And the back sliding door has two steps to get to the water. Once you open this sliding door you can use this to go in and out by going around the house, to avoid the stairs. Please don’t book any of this three units if you can’t handle steps or stairs. Any Accidents you are responsible for it, we are not responsible.

Great place to stay!!
We were in Seattle for a fundraiser and needed to be close to the airport and south center. This was a perfect location and a little piece of heaven quite honestly!! I loved watching the rain on the lake. The view is perfect and this cute little place was clean, cozy and really comfortable. Felt like home. The owner was really kind too. I would stay here again!!

A nice, comfortable place to spend some time
The place was very clean and well appointed. We lacked for nothing during our stay. It has a very nice patio out back that sits on a lake. It was a great place to wind down after exploring Seattle all day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a major shopping center is just a short 10 minute drive away. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit. The owners were great to deal with and promptly responded to any communications.

Great place and great Location
Although it was cold, Angle Lake was a great spot to stay. Beautiful view. The property was clearly well-built, and the host maintains high standards of hospitality and cleanliness. The kitchen and bath were amply provisioned. Most important, the beds were fantastic—firm and comfortable. We had 3 great nights of sleep there.

Great place to relax. Just a 30 minute train ride to downtown Seattle. No worries about driving or parking as the parking garage at the Angle Lake station was ample. Condo was perfect for us. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfy.

Rented so my Neice who flew in would not have to drive an additional 1.5 hours North just to stay the night, then head to Oregon the next afternoon. This place was minutes from her car rental pick up and nicer than I anticipated. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen in a rental. The bed linens top quality and beautiful, plenty of seating in the living area. Great TV, but with the lake at your doorstep it was hardly used. Much better than a hotel in the area - We sat outside and enjoyed the sunset, we ate, caught up on family and it was wonderful. Thank you for such a nice time. Cheers James and Hannah

The condo was very clean and well appointed inside, but could do with a good clean up at the front and back, especially the furniture. We had a great 2 day stay and our grandson loved being on the lake.

Beautiful lake view
We stayed one night on our way to OR, it was a very peaceful stay as we had the opportunity building to ourselves. Pros: The lake views! Especially at sunset 😊 The beds were comfortable, we loved the temperature control for each room and the patio was the perfect space lace for a subset dinner. Wonderfully comfortable couch and did I mention the beautiful lake view? Cons: The master bed pillow options very very firm. I used one from the other bedroom but it had a fresh stain on it. Thankfully there were spare pillowcases and I was able to use the wonderfully soft pillow. There was also a dark hair in the bed and a squashed spider, but otherwise the house was spotless! Our only real complaint was the only options of purchasing an insurance policy, making the cost significantly higher OR a $1500.00 deposit charged to my card. One week later and still no refund initiated. I don’t know if this is an owner decision, or a CRV old standard but I won’t be using this platform again for that reason.

Lakeside weekend
Getting down the driveway was a little rough. Our first impression when we walked in the door was “wow, this is nicer than I thought it would be. It was very clean, the furniture and decorations were nice. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. The deck was my favorite. My husband and I sat with our feet dangling in the lake and talked til 2 am. _

Hidden Gem
This spot right here!!!! Wow! Title explained - you drive down this very very very interesting side road or hidden road and our first response was like whoa but when we got to the end of the road and saw our place it was everything the owner said so far! Another reason we said "hidden" and "gem" was everything else. The property is everything we could have asked for! First the owner was spot on on all the essentials travelers might need all the way down to the seasoning for cooking. And it was plentiful! The dwelling is wonderfully furnished. Upgraded kitchen appliances,nice internet, the bed is KING Size .....lolol.....nice 2nd bed room furnished well.(no tvs in bedrooms) huh? Still great job... The lake in the back is another hidden gem! Oh my goodness.....talk about SERENITY CAPTURED.......Not to big not to small....if you want to go sit and read, chat with your company, grill, or just "be present to your surroundings"" yea this is definitely the spot. I would be wrong if I didn't state the spiders are interesting.......but I handled em lol..... The pictures doesn't do justice on what you are really getting..... Thank you Thank you Thank for accepting our reservation pep

Relax, Recarge, and Reconnect
We booked this property because we wanted to be close to water and have a place to recharge. The lake is right outside the back door! It's a beautiful, clear, little lake. We drank coffee on the dock in the mornings and wine on the patio in the evenings (sunsets were amazing!). The apartment was clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. This place is very close to the airport. There are at least two bald eagles that live in the magnificent trees on the property. We watched them daily. Although Seattle area has lots of rain and clouds, our 5 day stay had perfect weather.Check in was seamless. The host, Ilita, was wonderful, responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. I loved my getaway.

The View!
This is a lovely place to.stay. It is beautifully decorated and clean. It is very well appointed with everything you need! Oh, and the beds are so comfy! The view of the lake is beautiful and so relaxing. There is a big table outside where we had breakfast. Communication from the host is clear and concise. She even checked to see how our first night was. I highly recommend this adorable Vrbo!!

Lake getaway in the city, close to home. Excellent views, cozy.
We enjoyed the convenience of this location and water front easy access to the lake. Apt was cozy, beds were very comfortable, very pleasant stay overall. Very tiny one person bathroom, bathtub did not seal and this was very important to us, so we were very disappointed in this. Outdoor area for guests, not prepared or cleaned for guests, dirty tables, and chairs not cleaned off. Needs a good power washing. Overall, this is a beautiful location and truly is magical with a little bit of clean up
