The staff were very welcoming and professional. We were able to check in early. Excellent breakfast with a variety of foods. Downside was the water from shower/bath tub was EXTREMELY slow to drain.

This property is amazing! Everything is so clean. The staff were really nice and accomodating. The beds were very comfortable. Stayed there with my 2 grandchildren and we LOVED the pool. It was warm & barely had a clorine smell which was the reason we picked this hotel. Most hotel pools the clorine smell is overwhelming. Would definitely stay there again! Double thumbs up!!!

Our room was slavious and comfortable. There was a lot of perks to staying here and the location was great. The free breakfast was also amazing with a lot of options that stayed clean and stocked. I also enjoyed the pool and in the parking lot there is 3 excellent wine bars and multiple wineries nearby with 6 minutes either direction. Close to seattle as well.

the location near the wineries is great. Our bed was super comfy (and pillows). The water in the shower was very low pressure and never got warmer than warmish. But otherwise it was an easy stay

The hotel was wonderful, the staff even better. It's easy to get to and central to travel into town, to the winery tasting rooms, to any other sightseeing areas.

Paid for King bed room. Arrived to find no such room available. Was assigned different room. Curtains didn’t work, etc. Switch was made by hotel staff the morning of the day of our arrival. Was told only refund/redress could be from Expedia, even tho hotel made switch. They claim Expedia doesn’t have accurate room counts. So I guess using Expedia again is not in my future without redress.

Staff was very friendly, water bottles and cookies were great, breakfast was delicious not just cereal but eggs, bacon etc. hotel rooms are refurbished, beds and linens were really fresh and clean

Comfy room with noise!
Too much noise! The walls were too thin. Loud noise came from next door at 4:00 AM, waking us up, then their shower. There’s no view, just an ugly cement parking lot for machinery. We were on the second floor which allowed for more noise from upstairs.

We did not get hot water in the shower! Terrible to wake up and have a cool shower. Very disappointed that I called the front desk, who said the manager would call, but still no call. Will not stay there again.
